The meta tags from our SEO app are inserted to your page directly and overwrite tags from products. It is not necessary to change products.
This way is better so you can revert any time you want. You can check by directing to your products' pages on the storefront.
In case you have enabled the Meta tag rules:
The Meta tag rule is in higher priority by default, if you don't have any rule in Meta tag rule, you should disable it to use the default Meta tag.
To summary:
If you enable Meta Tag Rules , then Meta Tag Basic will be disabled.
If you disable Meta Tag Rules, then it will use Meta Tag basic as configuration.
