AVADA PDF Invoice assists you to save your PDF document through popular methods

1/ Create delivery to Google Drive Folder



- Step 1: Follow this path App > Delivery > New Delivery and select  Method = Google Drive Folder

- Step 2: Fulfill the following information

  • Enable: Click toggle button to enable/disable delivery function
  • Name: Name your delivery
  • PDF Attached Template: Choose templates for the document
  • PDF File Name: Name your document that you want to deliver to Google Drive. See the suggested value at Variables

- Step 3: Click Connect button, select account, and log in to your Google Drive


- Step 4: Select the folder that you want to deliver your document to and click on Select



- Step 5: After entering the required information and get the successful connection with Google Drive, click o Save to finish the creation of delivery


2/ Create delivery through FTP/SFTP


Step 1: Follow this path App > Delivery > New Delivery and select  Method = FTP


- Step 2: Fulfill the following information

  • Enable: Click toggle button to enable/disable delivery function
  • Name: Name your delivery
  • PDF Attached Template: Choose templates for the document
  • PDF File Name: Name your document that you want to deliver to Google Drive. See the suggested value at Variables
  • Host name: Enter host FTP.  This is a required file
  • User name: Enter User name of the FTP account. This is a required file
  • Password: Enter password of the FTP account. This is a required file
  • Directory path: Enter the path to the folder that saves PDF document


- Step 3: Click Test connection

- Step 4: Click Save and complete the delivery
