This guide teaches you how to connect your Facebook Page Messenger account and show the Messenger to your online store.

Step 1. Select Facebook Page

At Select Facebook Page, click Click to Connect and select the Facebook page at the popup that appears immediately afterwards. Next, select Continue and Publish to complete.

Step 2: Add domain to Chat Plugin

Go to Meta Business Suite > Inbox > Chat Plugin setting.

At Set up your Chat Plugin, select Edit Website domain.
Select Add domain, enter the domain of your store and click Save. Finally, click Publish to complete the installation.
