AVADA Photo Reviews is integrated with PushOwl to allow you to send Push Notifications in two cases:
- Notification to ask for Review when your customer buy something
- Notification to ask for photo reviews when your customers left a review
Now let's see how to connect two apps together!
How to connect to PushOwl
Step 1: Install PushOwl and AVADA Photo Reviews
Make sure you Install PushOwl app to your store to be able to connect with AVADA Photo Reviews
Step 2: Open PushOwl integration in Photo Reviews app
Access the AVADA Photo Reviews app > Select Integration > Select PushOwl
Step 3: Connect 2 apps
Once you have successfully installed PushOwl > Click Connect
In order for customers to receive notifications in the future when accessing your site, customers need to click Allow notifications so that it can show your store notifications on their browser.
How to setup Review Reminder Notifications
Step 1: Complete connect to PushOwl
Open AVADA Photo Reviews > Integration > PushOwl > Complete the Connect to PushOwl step
Step 2: Enable Review Reminder Notifications
Step 3: Customize for notifications
- Send Notifications after: Select the time to display the notification, counting from when the customer creates an order.
- Title: Enter a title for the message.
- Message: Enter the content for the message, you can use the variables {{product_title}} and {{shop_name}} to display the product name and the store name, respectively. If you want other variables, please contact us for customization.
- Button label: Enter the content for the button displayed in the notification.
How to setup Photo Review Reminder Notifications
Step 1: Enable Photo Review Reminder Notifications
Step 2: Customize for notifications
- Send Notification for: Select to send notifications when customers submit 5-star or 4-star reviews.
- Send Notifications after: Select the time to display the notification, counting from when the customer creates an order.
- Title: Enter a title for the message.
- Message: Enter the content for the message, you can use the variables {{product_title}} and {{shop_name}} to display the product name and the store name, respectively.
- Button label: Enter the content for the button displayed in the notification.
