In this article, you will learn how to set various rules as well as stipulations concerning how customers can spend their reward points following certain rules in your reward program

Go ahead to How to Redeem Points and create ways for customers to exchange their earned points with respective rewards.

Important note: The coupon code customers receive after redeeming their points is automatically created in your Shopify store. You will not need to create any code manually.



I/ Step 1

 Please to to Reward  Program and click on Add new at How to Redeem Points to make new rules


II/ Step 2

You will see a number of reward rules such as discount amount or discount percentage. Please pick up one and configure your wanted conditions


1/ Discount amount

In general, using this type of rule, you allow customers to redeem their points and get a discount code whose value is decided by the admin. The discount code is automatically generated by the app and it can be used one time only by one customer.

Now, let's get more details

- Program name: Name the reward program as you want

- Redeem type: You can use one of these types


  •  Dynamic discount amount: Following this condition, customers will redeem their point with the minimum and maximum limit you set
  • Fixed discount amount: Let customer redeem a certain number of points 


- Customer redeem every/Customer earns: Enter points that can be exchanged to a specific amount of money



-  Apply discount to:

  • All Order: Discount can be applied to all orders on your store
  • Specific collections: Select collection that can be purchased with a discount code


- Minimum order requirement

  • None: Discount can be used for any order without an order value limit
  • Minimum purchase:  Discount can be used for orders with minimum value


-  Reward expired after: Select a period when discount code is valid



2/ Discount percentage

We have explained to you how to create rewards with discount amount rules. Now, we are going to present to customers can redeem their loyalty rewards following the discount percentage rule.

With this type of rule, you let customers get a discount code that is equal to specific percentages in their order. Similarly, the discount code is automatically generated by the app and it can be used one time only by one customer.


-  Program name: Name the reward program as you want

-  Customer redeem every/Customer earns: Enter points that can be exchanged with selected percentages




-  Apply discount to:

  • All Order: Discount can be applied to all orders on your store
  • Specific collections: Select collection that can be purchased with a discount code


- Minimum order requirement

  • None: Discount can be used for any order without an order value limit
  • Minimum purchase:  Discount can be used for orders with a minimum value


-  Reward expired after: Select a period when discount code is valid
